Society for NeuroEconomics Meeting in Cascais Almost all of the SNL attended the NeuroEconomics Meeting in Cascais, Portugal. In advance, we had a tiny but great satellite symposium on “Learning, control & decision-making” with our colleagues and collaborators Lei Zhang (Birmingham), Sophie Bavard (Paris) and Elena Zamfir (Lisbon).       

Very nice get-together at Tzom (Dieffenbachstrasse – Kreuzberg) with the labs of Philipp Kanske, Ines Wilhelm, Katja Bertsch, Christoph Korn, and Maurice Cabanis.

Auf die Plätze, fertig, Los! Erste Ergebnisse der Begleitforschung der Freiraum-Ausschreibung Das Auswahlverfahren zur Freiraum-Ausschreibung der Stiftung Innovation in der Hochschullehre hat bisher viel Aufmerksamkeit erregt, denn dem wissenschaftlichen Auswahlverfahren ist ein Losverfahren vorgeschaltet. Warum hat sich die Stiftung für dieses Verfahren entschieden? Was ist der Mehrwert dieses Verfahrens und wie nehmen die Antragstellenden dieses Verfahren wahr?

Sören attended the Society for Social Neuroscience Conference (S4SN) in Tsakuba (Japan) and presented the recent findings on the “Affected beliefs framework”. More to come soon!
